Webster/Fairport – January 5, 2018. Survived by son Carey Gropp (Lisa Cuddeback); granddaughter Grace Ann Gropp; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Carl was predeceased by many brothers and a sister. Calling hours are Thursday, 4-7 at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home (Egypt location), 7501 Pittsford-Palmyra Rd., Fairport, where a Military Honor Service will immediately follow.
