Fairport: June 5, 2016. Predeceased by parents, Edgar and Elizabeth Karns. Survived by children, Kristy (Dan) Wetzel and Todd Hallett: grandchildren, Alyson Hallett, Ryan Tyler and Toby Wetzel; twin sister, Ellie (Doug) Hislop; niece and nephew, Lori Seary and Greg (Lori) Levengood.

    Elaine Hallett taught 5t grade for all four of my children at Barker Road Elementary School.
    She was a wonderful and dedicated teacher and we are all sadden to hear of her passing.
    My children were Cathy, Barbara, Chip and Jennifer Walters.
