I worked closely with Doug for over twenty years. He was always kind to others and knowledgeable when he offered solution to problems. I fondly remember our time together.

I’ll remember Doug as being kind and so loving to share a good laugh. The type of person who makes the day go a little easier. Glad to know him as a neighbor and coworker.

We just learned about Doug. It was quite a shock because we have not seen him for quite a while. He included us on his “Valley Brook Seniors” emails. Unfortunately we could not make the dinners due to other commitments. From 2008 to early 2016 we walked our late Golden Retriever Lexie and that is how we met and got to know Doug and his lovely dog Rosy. He spoke often of his family. He was a kind and gentle man. We also enjoyed his jokes…sometimes corny but always good for a laugh. Our condolences to his family. RIP
