Fairport – Passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2019. Predeceased by her father, Charles Montcrieff and father-in-law, Louis Leone. Survived by husband of over 43 years, Tom, children, Angela (Jimmie) Hyman, Nick, granddaughters, Emma, Rylee, mother, Pat Montcrieff, brothers, Mike (Fran), Bill (Angie), Andy (Gina) Montcrieff, sister, Chris (Greg) Prokop, mother-in-law, Theresa Leone, and many nieces nephews, extended family and friends.

Calling Hours are Thursday, August 29th from 4-7 PM at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home (EGYPT LOCATION), 7501 Pittsford Palmyra Rd., Fairport. A Funeral Mass will be Friday at St. John of Rochester Church at 12 Noon.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Those able, the family asks you to write down and bring your favorite “Terry Tales” memory or anecdote to calling hours to share with them.
