Little, Vernon E.

Fairport: A resident of the Fairport Baptist Homes passed away peacefully on March 30, 2015. Born in East Rochester, NY on May 7, 1927. Vernon resided for most of his life in Fairport. He was predeceased by his 1st wife, Laura M. Little (Miller) and son, Scott T. Little. Mr. Little is survived by his wife of almost 34 years, Elizabeth A. (Foster, Trowbridge) Little; his children, Wendy (Randy) Marra, David Little, Laurie (Michael) Karr, Sheila (David) Griffith and Marcia Power; grandchildren, Nicole and Laura Marra, Zachary and Maxx Karr, Cory (Ashley) Clark, Leandra and David Griffith, Jennifer and Justin Power: brother, Jack (Connie) Little; nephews, Andy and Chris Little.

After graduation from East Rochester High School, Vernon attended Cornell University. Later graduating from Hobart College. Upon honorable discharge from the United States Army in 1952. Mr. Little went to work for the Xerox Corp., where he remained until his retirement after 33 years of service. The next several years were spent enjoying part time work at Victor Hills Golf Club and Chase Pitkin.

Friends may call Tuesday 10-12 Noon at Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home, 41 S. Main St, Fairport (Village Location), where a Service will take place at 12 Noon. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation in his name to the Fairport Baptist Homes.
