Fairport: December 26, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Jane M. O’Brien of 55 years; 2 daughters, Kathryn and Bridget O’Brien; 1 son, Thomas D. (Christine) O’Brien; 1 grandson, Kyler O’Brien; 1 brother, Phillip “Tony (Elaine) O’Brien; 1 sister, Susan Briggs; several nieces, nephews and extended family. The family would like to thank The Friendly Home Memory Care Unit for the wonderful care given to David and all the staff especially Laura Walsh, Randall Bitters, Brandon Buonomo, Samuel Snyder and special thank you to Melissa Downs.

Memorial Service, Wednesday 11 AM at White Haven’s All Seasons Chapel. Donations may be made to The Friendly Home or a charity of your choice.
