Fairport: 1938-2013. After a long and courageous battle with Parkinsons-Disease. Survived by wife of 53 years, and high-school sweet-heart, Sabra T.; children, Susan (Tane) Kehlenbeck, Michael (Patricia) Richardson; grandchildren, Sage and Shane Kehlenbeck, Bridget Richardson; brother, Holbrook (Carol) Richardson; brother-in-law, Charles (Joyce) Twitchell. Predeceased by brother, Kendall Richardson.

Gunnar graduated from Victor High School in 1956, enlisted in the Navy before studying Mechanical Engineering at R.I.T. Gunnar was a dedicated and loving husband and father, he was a kind, compassionate brother and friend and will be remembered especially for his devotion to his wife, his family and all that were lucky enough to call him a friend. He enjoyed sailing, spending time at his home on Sodus Bay and helping out friends with anything he could do.
