Shaulinski, Dolores “Dee”

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dolores Shaulinski, beloved wife, mother and grandmother on February 29, 2024 at the age of 76 after a long battle with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.

She was employed by Pittsford Central Schools and was the administrative assistant to the principal at Pittsford Sutherland High School. In her retirement, Dee enjoyed volunteering at Saint’s Place and spoiling her grandchildren. 

Predeceased by her parents Lawrence and Mary Valera; brother, Richard Valera; sister Anna Kanaskie. Survived by devoted husband Peter of 53 years; daughter Jennifer (John) Kendall, son Peter (Linda) Valera; grandchildren Elijah, Akyah Valera; Carmen, Charlie and Teddy Kendall; sisters Isabel Sherron, Mary Hemerka and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to calling hours Monday, March 4th from 4-7pm at Richard Keenan Funeral Home at 7501 Pittsford Palmyra Rd Fairport, NY.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, March 5th at 11am at St. John of Rochester. Interment to follow at White Haven Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the UR Wilmot Cancer Center, 300 E. River Road, PO Box 278996, Rochester, NY.  or the UR Palliative Care Program. We are grateful for the skilled medical care presented by these institutions.
