Fairport: December 2, 2013 at age 59 Predeceased by his father, Lester and sister, Mary Jo Palka. Survived by his mother, Eileen; sister, Carol (Suzanne); brothers, Gilbert and Gordon; nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service, Friday December 6th at 11 AM at the Creation Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
