Victor: Taken to the Lord in loving arms February 8, 2015. He is survived by 2 children, Nicholas and Allison; Shannon Smith and Luci Blackburn; parents, Joel P. Smith Sr. and Victoria Immesoette; brother, Joshua; sisters, Jennifer, Jessica and Angela; and a large extended family.
