Rochester: Passed away on February 16, 2018. Survived by her siblings, Harold (Kathy), Harry Ross, Earl F., Vera M., and a very special friend, Donna Taylor. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Monroe Community Hospital, Friendship 4 West, for their care of Shirley.
