We love Marge and Billy. We will miss her very much. 40 years of laughs and friendship with her and Bill will always have a special place in my heart. I first met Bill and Marge when looking for homes at the same time in Rochester. That meeting lead to fun times beyond count,Fourth of July pool parties at the Thompson’s home, beer pong, Friday night fish fries, Earl’s events, Myrtle Beach “ball buster”parties, annual hayrides and lately, dinner at Richardson’s. Our time with Marge was special.
Our sympathy to Bill and his family.
So very sorry to hear about Margie. Always fun to be around and loved a good time. My condolences and prayers to Bill and your family.
Marge was an integral part in hundreds of treasured moments shared between the Thompson’s and Draper’s over the last 40 plus years. Almost weekly cocktails and meals where ideas and plans were hatched for more extensive excursions. Ski trips to multiple western resorts, road trips to Toronto, the Big Apple, journeys to multiple destination weddings and nautical ventures crossing the St. Lawrence river to explore Canadian ports of interest. Each and every experience was one of joy and laughter. She will be missed.
We are so sorry to hear of Marge’s passing. Our sincere condolences to Bill and the entire family.

I’m proud to say that Marge was my friend. For years, we shared many adventures both together and with our mates. I’ve admired her strength. Not a mean bone was in her body. I’ll miss her sparkle…a lot.
Marge’s beautiful smile, her kindness, and generosity of spirit will be among our treasured memories of her. She was special and we feel fortunate to be among the very many people who knew and loved her. Our heartfelt sympathies to Bill and family.
Fond high school memories of Margie. She always had a smile and a friendly greeting for everyone. A bright and lovely girl then, and I see that she maintained that sweet persona all of her life! May she rest in peace!
We will miss Margie – a lot – her smile was the best – such a sweet person
We first met Marge when we moved to Rochester in the early 1990s. Our years together were enriched by her dry sense of humor. She would size up the situation, and in a very concise manner give her take. Everyone always listened! Her lengthy battle with cancer was unbelievably courageous. She was loved by all and will be deeply missed.
We had the pleasure of knowing Marge and Bill thompson when our daughter married their son Gregg. Then both of us were blessed again when their son Gregg- then came two grand children by Gregg and our daughter Jenni first a grandson named Jett – then a grandson named Jett.. We had many memories- that we shared with Marge and Bill Trips to Arizona , trips to California – lots of times on holidays together, and many holidays and grandkids Birthday Parties . Marge was one of a kind, gracious, thoughtfull , kind and a loving grandmother to her grandchildren -Our hearts are saddened now but I know Marge is “dancing with “ Angels “ Now and free from any Pain. In God we trust! Luv Sandi Ramsey and Family.
Marge was the best of all that is good in people. We followed her down ski mountains throughout North America just like we naviagted the happiness and challenges of life together. She was the big sister to us that everyone loved to have. Our last forty years would not have been the same without Marge’s love, support, and spirit. The depth of our heartache today reflects how great Marge was in all our lives. She will always be loved, remembered with a smile, and never forgotten.
We are deeply sorry to hear of Marge’s passing. Our love and prayers are with Bill and family.
Bill our thoughts and prayers go out to you and the entire family. Marge will be missed for the joy she brought to everyone she met. I first met you both when I joined you as a member of the Wellesley Knights. We spent so many wonderful days together on the “slopes of New England”. When we found ourselves re-united in Rochester a few years later. The Hay Rides were a highlight of our times together and as always Magre made all who came in to Rochester for a short or long stay feel so welcome.
We take comfort in the knowledge that she now rests in the arms of our Lord.

We worked together ,played together ,and LAUGHED together .It was more than friendship, it was love and respect. Our brave ,tough Marge has gone home, but she will never leave our hearts.
We were saddened to hear of Marge’s death. She was fun, funny, and beautiful inside and out. When we think of Marge it is with memories of our weekly Bristol Mountain ski outings, New Year’s Eve dinners, and happy times as couples alongside The Elf’s and Kodak friends. Marge faced her long illness with courage and a sense of humor. She will be missed and our hearts go out to Bill and her entire family.
