His clients remained loyal to him over the years, even when he decided to semi-retire and transitioned to Petrella Phillips LLP Certified Public Accounting Firm. There, he truly enjoyed the camaraderie and respect of businessmen, professionals, and thefriendship of his fellow colleagues.
His relationships and respect in the community were evidenced by his participation on various Boards of Directors of nonprofit agencies. He was always there to help.

I was speechless this morning when I heard that Bill had left us. He was my accountant for over 25 years and as his obituary said, he made everyone feel like family. He was so very patient and kind when dealing with my many questions . He gave me a great sense of comfort as I maneuvered my way through life. I will always remember the love in his voice as he talked about his wife and family. Bill was a treasure and I feel so blessed to have known him . The heavens are brighter now with his twinkling eyes and his beautiful spirit. Love and prayers to his family and friends. May all of the memories you have with him comfort your hearts- Mindy McClaskey Farina
