Fairport: November 14, 1924-November 6, 2015. Passed peacefully into heaven. Predeceased by her husband, Jacob and brother, Jack. Survived by children, Ronny, Donny, Neil, Bill (Diane) and Karen; brothers, Carl (Jan) and Jimmy (Pearlanne); Grace will be missed by family, friends and loved ones.
Memorial Mass Thursday 9:30AM at Church of the Resurrection (Fairport). Inurnment White Haven Memorial Park. A Reception will follow the burial at the church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association or the Heart Association.
