Witzel, Betty (Williams)

Penfield – January 27, 2018. Loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her sons, Donald G. Witzel (Sharon) and John W. Witzel (Celine); granddaughters, Erika G. Witzel and Kaleigh M. Witzel; cousin, Donna (Williams) Budgeon. Betty was a graduate of Fairport in 1945 and a graduate of RIT. She worked at McCurdy’s Dept. Store like many women in that era Betty gave up an office management career to lovingly care for her family and other loved ones as they aged. She was kind and giving of her time and knowledge always thinking of others first.

Calling hours Saturday 1-3PM at Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home, 7501 Pittsford Palmyra Rd. (Egypt Location). In lieu of flowers donations in Betty’s memory may be made to Benincasa Hospice or Rochester Animal Services.
