Angelo, the youngest of 8 siblings, was born in Rochester NY on February 4th 1937. Angelo entered the U.S. Navy In 1955, he served aboard the USS Wisconsin as a gunner’s mate at the end of the Korean War. He was a very proud veteran.

He married Frances Zambito on June 24th, 1961. He worked for the Monroe County health department as a foreman where he ultimately retired from.

Angelo was the cornerstone of his family, a man whose unwavering love for his wife and children shaped his every action. As a hardworking, devoted father, he found such joy in the smallest moments with his children. His guidance was steady, his support unwavering, always providing a reassuring presence in their lives. As a husband, his love was revealed in his tenderness, the way he looked at his wife with admiration, he complimented her every chance he could and the support he offered during her own trials in life. No matter how bad he was feeling, she was taken care of first and foremost.

Angelo’s departure echoes a multitude of memories. The singing and laughter that once filled the room will be yearned for and deeply missed.

A private service will be held. The family wishes to thank all who have shown love and support through this difficult time.

There are no words to describe the ache in my heart. Losing you has left a hole in my heart that will take a long time to heal. I will always cherish the lifetime of memories I have with you. Your gentle manner and kindness was felt by those that love you, and all who knew you. I’m already missing the phone calls that always started out with “Is this my handsome uncle”. You are and always will be so very special to me, and will stay in my heart forever.
