Pittsford: Mr. Dasson passed away at his home on Sunday August 3. 2014 at the age of 89 from natural causes. A WWII Veteran, he was awarded the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, American Service Medal, Expert Infantry Men Badge and the Good Conduct Medal. He led troops in several conflicts including the Battle of the Bulge. He later worked as a Manufacturers Rep. with his brother and then as a Sales Manager/Owner of an RV Dealership. He was a soldier, a businessman and an outstanding husband and father. He is predeceased by his parents. Clifton O. & Lorman Dasson; his wife, Jane (Fancher) Dasson; and his brother, Frederick “Fritz” Dasson. He is survived by his sister, Janice (Dasson) Avery; his son, David F. Dasson; and his grandchildren, Alexis N. Dasson and Austin J. Dasson.
