Fairport: Suddenly, April 5, 2014. Predeceased by parents, John J. & Angeline; and brother, Donald. He is survived by his wife, Anne, of 24 years; his son, Daniel; daughter, Megan; 3 brothers, Patrick (Barb), Jack (Mary Margaret) & Richard (Louise); 1 sister, Mary (Bob) Held; sister-in-law, Dolleen Pariso; many nieces & nephews; aunts, uncles & cousins; his
mother & father-in-law, George & Marilyn Smith; brother-in-law, David (Kathy) Smith; sister-in-law, Kathie (Matt) Hewes. Tom was a loving husband, father, brother, leader, coach, and a friend to all.
