Fairport: Passed away peacefully after 101 wonderful years bringing, love, joy and wisdom to all who knew her. She is predeceased by John Zurick, her husband of over 60 years; her parents, Alice and Charles Zimmer; her brothers, Bill and Jimmy Zimmer; her sister, Audrey “Sissy” Ciraolo and her son-in-law, Ron Davis. She is survived by her children, Joan Zurick Davis and John M. Zurick and his wife, Adrienne; her sister, Dorothy Tando; her brothers, Dick Zimmer and David Zimmer; her grandchildren, Ron Davis and his wife, Nannette, Margaret Davis Hill and her husband, Doug, Anna Davis Sapienza and her husband, James, Mary Davis Hanna and her husband, Jed, Amanda Zurick and her husband, Josh, John Tyler Zurick and his wife, Jackie and Wesley Zurick; great-grandchildren, Jon and Alex Davis, Zachary and Garrett Hill, Derek, Cara and Daniel Sapienza, Erin, Annie and Megan Hanna, Xander and Avery Francesca Freeman and Ardea Zurick and the many nieces and nephews and their children on both sides of her family.

Margaret will be remembered for her positive and infectious spirit and the 2 1/2 decades she and her husband, John brought dining pleasure and a welcoming gathering place to all who entered their Fairport Restaurant Zurick’s Quonset Inn.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Jerome’s Church in East Rochester, Saturday, August 20th 9:30AM. Interment White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House or a charity of your choice.
